Verification
How do you check profiles before they go live?
Every new account stays off the public list until a person on our team looks at it. We check that the phone signup looks real and that the biodata is not obvious spam. That is not the same as a police clearance — your family should still ask questions and meet properly before any commitment.
How do you verify overseas Pakistanis (UK, US, Canada, UAE)?
Overseas members use the same review step. They can write their country, visa or citizenship on the profile. We do not stamp passports from afar. Treat video calls with elders and document checks as your own job before anyone books a flight.
Families
Is parental involvement allowed?
Yes. A parent or sibling can make or manage a profile. On signup you can choose who is filling the form. If someone cannot manage the website, they can WhatsApp us and we create the account for them, then send the login details.
Privacy
How is photo privacy protected?
Photos are optional. Many families keep them blurred or private until both sides are serious. Phone and email stay hidden until the member accepts a contact request. We do not run an open phone book.
Safety
What does “0% tolerance” mean on JoriMaker?
Fake profiles, harassment, money requests for visas or gifts, and sharing someone else’s biodata without consent are against our rules. Report abuse on the Contact page. We can suspend accounts. Serious crimes should also be reported to local authorities.
Plans
Is registration free?
Yes. Making a profile and browsing is free. Paid plans are only if you want to send interest, ask for contact, or use Premium Plus WhatsApp shortlisting.
Help
I cannot register — can you create my profile?
Yes. Tap the WhatsApp help button on the Register page, send your basic details, and our team can open the account and message you the login. That option is for parents and anyone stuck on the form.
