1. Our service
JoriMaker is an online rishta / matrimonial platform for Pakistani families. Features may include profiles, search, interests, plans, and support tools. Chat and some paid features may be introduced over time.
2. Eligibility
- You must be legally able to marry under the laws that apply to you.
- You must provide truthful information about yourself or the family member whose profile you manage.
- One person should not create fake or duplicate profiles to mislead others.
3. Account responsibility
- Keep your phone/login details secure.
- If a parent or sibling manages a profile, they must have permission from the person represented.
- You are responsible for content you upload (photos, bio, family details).
4. Respectful conduct
JoriMaker is for serious, respectful rishta search. You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or shame other members or families;
- Share another member’s private contact or photos without permission;
- Post unlawful, offensive, or misleading content;
- Use the site for dating scams, commercial spam, or data scraping;
- Attempt to bypass privacy controls or security systems.
5. Profiles & verification
We may review, feature, suspend, or remove profiles to protect members and keep the community trustworthy. Activation or verification does not guarantee the accuracy of every detail entered by users — always involve family due diligence offline.
6. Privacy-first use
Contact details and photos may be limited by design. You must honour other members’ privacy choices. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
7. Plans & free launch offer
During launch, selected features may be free. Offer terms can change for new members; early members may keep agreed lifetime free benefits as communicated on the Plans page. Paid plans, if introduced, will show pricing before purchase.
8. Content licence
You keep ownership of your content. You give JoriMaker a limited licence to host, display, and process that content so the service can work (for example showing your profile to other members according to your settings).
9. Disclaimers
JoriMaker helps families discover possible matches. We do not guarantee marriage outcomes, the behaviour of other users, or uninterrupted service. Always verify important information independently before proceeding with a rishta.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, JoriMaker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, user-generated content, or offline meetings arranged by members.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put members at risk. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deactivation via support.
12. Changes & contact
