Question 1

What is JoriMaker?

Accepted Answer

JoriMaker is a privacy-first Pakistani matrimonial (rishta) website for families in Pakistan and abroad. Register free, browse profiles, and keep photos and contacts controlled until both sides agree.

Question 2

How do you verify profiles for overseas Pakistanis?

Accepted Answer

Overseas and local accounts stay pending until an administrator reviews and activates them for public listing. Signup is phone/WhatsApp-oriented. Members may declare UK/US/Canada/UAE residency or citizenship on biodata. Families should still verify identity themselves before travel or documents.

Question 3

Is parental involvement supported?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Parents and siblings can create or manage a rishta profile using the “managed by” option. Premium members can invite parents, brothers or sisters to family chat by email or phone — relatives join via invite link without full registration. Support can also create a profile on WhatsApp and send login details securely.

Question 4

How does family chat work on JoriMaker?

Accepted Answer

Only Premium members can send family chat invitations. After login, open Chat and invite father, mother, brother or sister by email or WhatsApp. They open the invite link, set a name and password, and join chat — no full rishta registration. Family messaging does not use the free match-message limit. Recommending a profile to another member is free for everyone.

Question 5

How is photo privacy maintained?

Accepted Answer

Photos are optional and can stay private or blurred until both sides agree. Phone and email remain hidden until a contact request is approved after mutual interest. JoriMaker is not an open photo or phone directory and does not sell member data.

Question 6

Is JoriMaker a rishta service in Pakistan for UK/US citizens?

Accepted Answer

Yes. UK, US, Canada and UAE Pakistanis can search local or Pakistan-based matches with the same privacy controls as families inside Pakistan — filters for city, profession, nationality and education included.

Question 7

Is JoriMaker free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — create a profile and browse free. Profile recommendations are free. Premium unlocks interest/contact tools and family chat invites (relatives join by invite link only). Premium Plus adds personal WhatsApp matchmaking shortlisting. Early members may keep lifetime free access during the launch offer.

Question 8

Is this a dating app?

Accepted Answer

No. JoriMaker is marriage-focused (halal / nikah-intent) matchmaking for Pakistani families — closer to a respectful online rishta process than casual dating.

Question 9

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

International helpline / WhatsApp: +92 348 5042800. Email: support@jorimaker.com. Or use the contact form on jorimaker.com/contact — available for Pakistan and overseas families.
